This dialog box is used to edit the Quick Input dictionary. The left side of the dialog box contains the list of words and word combinations stored in the dictionary of the program. The right side contains buttons you can use to add, edit, remove words, and export/import the dictionary. You can see brief statistics regarding the current dictionary under the list of words and word combinations: these include the number of displayed words and the total number of words in the dictionary.

To add a word to the dictionary, click the «Add» button in the Dictionary dialog box. The «Add a word to the dictionary» dialog box will appear. Enter the word or the word combination that needs to be added to the dictionary and click «OK». If the entered word or word combination is not in the dictionary, it will then be added.


To edit a word in the dictionary, select it in the list and click the «Edit» button in the Dictionary dialog box. The «Edit the word in the dictionary» dialog box will appear. Edit the word or the word combination and click «OK». If the edited word or the word combination is not in the dictionary, it will be added.


To remove a word from the dictionary, select it in the list and click the «Remove» button. After you confirm that you want to remove the word, it will be removed from the dictionary.

To import a dictionary, click the «Load» button. You will see the standard Open File dialog box. Select a dictionary file and click «Open». A dictionary file is a plain text file in the Unicode format, available to create a dictionary in any text editor that can then be imported into Quick Input.

To export the current dictionary, click the «Save» button. You will see the standard Save File dialog box. Specify the name of the file you want to save the dictionary to and click the «Save» button. The entire dictionary will then be saved to this text file in Unicode format. If necessary, you can edit this dictionary file in any text editor.
